A well established BPO are on the hunt for Mandarin Customer Service Agent (Chinese) to join their productive, young, energetic family based in Randburg!

Essential Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Mandarin
  • First-rate written communication skills in the Mandarin language
  • Business Writing Skills
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
  • Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively (read, write and speak fluently)
  • Be available for shifts

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Customer care work on email
  • Web chat and voice work.
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Assist with inquiries and advise clients
