About the Role
This role is responsible for leading all daily operations with an ownership mindset, maintaining a strong floor presence, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and financial performance. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Direct all daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability
✅ Recruit, train, and mentor FOH and BOH teams, building a culture of accountability
✅ Maintain consistent floor visibility, engaging with guests and resolving concerns
✅ Oversee P&L, labor, inventory, and budgets with a results-driven approach
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and employment regulations
✅ Collaborate with regional leadership on reporting, strategy, and operational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
⭐ 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, including GM or Managing Partner level
⭐ Proven financial and operational acumen with P&L and labor management experience
⭐ Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to mentor and resolve conflicts
⭐ Hands-on, guest-first mindset with attention to detail
⭐ Proficiency with POS and restaurant management systems
⭐ Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
