Practice Overview

Our client is at the forefront of the Veterinary industry with their unique practice model that delivers pet health and wellness services straight to their clients. This mobile and holistic approach allows better healthcare for pets, more convenience for clients, and the most flexibility for their veterinarians. What You’ll Be Working On

Create medical protocols and veterinary offerings
Hire and onboard Associates and Technicians
Build, nurture, and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
Maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Florida
5+ years of Associate experience is a plus!
Ability to perform general wellness exams and surgeries
Highly motivated, with a desire to lead teams
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
