A customized manufacturing leader in the technology industry with customers worldwide. We an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Treasury and Risk reporting to the VP of Finance.
The Manager Treasury/Risk & Shared Services will be responsible for a wide spectrum of finance and treasury activities along with Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

The Manager Treasury/Risk & Shared Services will be responsible for a wide spectrum of finance and treasury activities along with Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Essential Tasks:
- Management of the International Letters of Credit (LC) program
- Develop and maintain positive relationships and consistent communication with our banks, financial institutions and with key internal business partners
- Preparation of the Asset Backed Securitization and Covenant reporting/analyis.
- Conduct daily cash position reconciliation, prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. Regularly monitor cash flow needs and assess progress against reported forecasted values.
- Support ongoing Treasury platform and process improvement initiatives and projects
- Supporting the FP&A process by providing information necessary for the Management Discussion and Analysis as well as the Budgeting/Forecast process
Risk:
- Oversight of Insurance policies, including annual renewal preparation and coordination with Parent company for global policies as well as local policies.
- Oversight of Creditor Insurance coverage, ensuring proper coverage for Customers and limit exposure.
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Able to perform in a team environment
- Experience with Banking and covenant reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience is required
- Professional designation (CPA or CFA) preferred, or progress towards one
- Accounts Receivable/Credit experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cash management and treasury processes, gained through experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively deal with internal and external clients and suppliers.
