With 80 beds and a passion for excellence, our client is seeking a House Supervisor to take their patient care to the next level.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clinical Coordinator/Manager is responsible for supporting, directing and collaborating activities within their organizational purview to provide the highest quality Loving Kindness care to patients and their families. This responsibility supersedes and is the focus of all others.

The Clinical Coordinator/Manager is a professional Registered Nurse, responsible for ongoing supervision of a clinical area. Duties performed involve weighing and evaluating factors requiring judgment, analytical ability and problem solving. The Clinical Coordinator RN Manager is the first line support for patients, staff, physicians and other related providers on service-specific issues. The Clinical Coordinator RN collaborates on clinical and non-clinical issues.

Position reports to CNO

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Current personnel without a BSN are required to enroll in an academic program promptly in order to complete degree requirements within 3 years.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Five years minimum experience on the related unit.
  • Two to three years of leadership experience preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Current licensure in the state of Maine as a Registered Nurse or Compact licensure.
  • Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
  • Specialty certification preferred.
