Manager of Strategy and Growth

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies across multiple channels, focusing on both short-term and long-term business goals
  • Analyze their reimbursement for services versus industry benchmarks and identify opportunities
  • Support the negotiation and contracting with insurance providers, school districts, and other funding sources, working with the Chief Growth Officer for approval
  • Manage projects that drive company’s revenue growth, including research, project planning, deliverable creation, and implementation planning
  • Develop analytic and implementation approaches to expanding the business in existing and new markets
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, acquisitions, or joint ventures to accelerate growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to implement projects, investigate, and resolve issues as they may arise in the course of business initiatives
  • Use data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for continuous business improvement
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Chief Growth Officer
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the healthcare industry, including managed care, reimbursement, and health plan regulations and compliance
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a strategic consulting, advisory, or project management role
  • Ability to independently analyze the business, develop plans and projects, and drive projects independently
  • Strong organization and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment, remaining focused and composed in stressful situations
  • Eligible to work in the US

Compensation $135k-$150k, paid time off and frequent wellness events, we reimburse your mileage and provide paid drive time between clients. Full-time staff receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also provide an employee assistance program.
