QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. 2-5 year’s experience with progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle, revenue integrity, patient access, or healthcare operations is desired, along with strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, insurance processes, compliance standards, and revenue cycle workflows. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving operational improvements.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS
This position requires the ability to focus for extended periods, analyze data, and manage competing priorities, along with occasional walking, standing, or attending meetings within the facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee revenue integrity initiatives to ensure accurate charge capture, coding support, billing compliance, and revenue optimization.
- Monitor revenue cycle metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to minimize revenue leakage.
- Collaborate with clinical, coding, billing, and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
- Conduct audits, analyze findings, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Support education and training related to documentation accuracy, charge capture, and compliance standards.
- Provide leadership and oversight to patient access functions including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and point-of-service collections.
- Ensure efficient workflows that improve patient access, reduce wait times, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and payer guidelines.
- Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and service standards for patient access staff.
- Implement best practices to improve front-end revenue cycle performance.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical leaders, finance, compliance, and operations teams.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and operational priorities.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

PAY RANGE-
Manager l: $38.34 - $60.60
Manager ll: $40.77 - $61.65
Manager lll: $46.05 - $67.58
