Position Summary:

The Quality Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of the Quality Department under the supervision of the VP of Quality Improvement.

Qualifications:

Education/ License/ Certification:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Related Field preferred
  • 5+ years of clinical and/or healthcare management preferred
  • Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation. State of Florida license or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within 12 months of hire required
Experience/ Skills:
  • Must have Acute care hospital experience in quality
  • Must have at least 2 years of Clinical healthcare management experience in hospital setting
