Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in standards compliance or process optimization within a production-focused environment.
- At least 2 years of proven leadership in guiding teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Expertise in maintaining and administering compliance frameworks and operational protocols.
- Proficiency in data-driven process improvement methodologies, such as lean principles or performance optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing issue resolution processes, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., spreadsheet applications, enterprise software suites) and documentation platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work autonomously while prioritizing safety and operational integrity.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the organization’s compliance and standards framework, ensuring alignment with industry-recognized certifications and operational benchmarks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain processes and documentation to support certification requirements, safety protocols, and operational best practices, while training personnel to uphold these standards.
- Conduct regular evaluations of operational systems, tracking performance metrics to drive improvements in product quality, process efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Generate analytical reports and performance dashboards to monitor key indicators, such as client feedback, process deviations, and cost efficiencies, recommending actionable enhancements.
- Manage client concerns by leading investigations, performing root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive measures to ensure timely resolution and sustained satisfaction.
- Oversee internal and external compliance assessments, ensuring readiness and adherence to regulatory and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for current and prospective clients on matters of operational standards, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Maintain additional certifications relevant to the organization’s offerings, ensuring compliance with diverse industry requirements.
- Provide direction and training to compliance teams, enhancing their capabilities through structured development programs.
- Deliver organization-wide training on operational standards and awareness to both new and existing employees.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to cultivate a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
