Precise Resource, Inc. is a leading privately held Women's Business Enterprise specializing in Executive Search and head-hunting services for Fortune 500 clients across the United States. We have been asked to assist our client in locating a Manager of Fintech Integration.

Our client is a powerhouse quietly transforming how banks and credit unions connect with their customers across mobile, in-branch, and online, regardless of their core system. With a client list that includes the top three mobile banking apps in the U.S., this innovator is shaping the future of digital finance.

Their platform? An expansive ecosystem of ready-to-deploy tools and plug-and-play integrations. Their secret sauce? An API-first architecture and robust developer toolkit that lets financial institutions build smarter, move faster, and serve customers better wherever they are.

The Manager of Project Managers leads a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering successful implementations and complex digital banking initiatives for financial institutions.

This role is accountable for delivery excellence, operational rigor, client outcomes, and scalable project management practices. The Manager ensures that projects are delivered predictably, profitably, and with a high-quality client experience by providing leadership, coaching, delivery governance, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

Success in this role requires a balance of operational leadership, client engagement, and delivery discipline, ensuring project teams execute consistently while evolving delivery methodologies that improve scalability, automation, and customer value.

What you will be doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for SaaS implementations and complex client initiatives.
  • Establish clear expectations for project planning, execution, communication, and risk management.
  • Ensure consistent delivery practices across the project portfolio.
  • Act as escalation point for delivery challenges, client concerns, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Maintain visibility into the health of the full project portfolio, including schedule adherence, delivery risks, and resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes remain on track.
  • Implement standardized governance across project lifecycle phases, including kickoff, execution, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Partner with leadership to proactively manage delivery capacity and resource planning.
  • Support strategic client engagements and executive-level project escalations.
  • Ensure project teams maintain clear, transparent communication with client stakeholders.
  • Partner with Client Success and Account teams to drive successful client adoption and value realization.
  • Reinforce a client-first culture across the delivery organization.
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies, templates, and operational frameworks.
  • Drive adoption of project management tools and automation capabilities to increase efficiency and predictability.
  • Implement scalable project governance standards including reporting, risk management, and project health tracking.
  • Identify patterns across projects to improve delivery quality, speed, and repeatability.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Client Success teams to ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Remove operational friction across teams impacting delivery timelines or client outcomes.
  • Advocate for improvements to internal processes that impact project execution.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Support career path development for delivery professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated skills, competencies, and required experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years experience managing complex SaaS or technology implementations
  • 3+ years experience leading or mentoring project managers or delivery teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large portfolios of client-facing projects
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred Distinctions

Additional Accomplishments

  • Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or enterprise SaaS delivery environments
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification
  • Experience implementing delivery frameworks or PMO standards
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or enterprise delivery platforms
  • Experience scaling delivery organizations during periods of rapid growth or transformation
