Our client is a large 450 bed hospital boasting a 100 year history in Arizona. They are in need of a ROCK STAR leader to oversee the ICU as the manager of this AWARD WINNING service line. This Dynamic leader will inherit a stable, committed team looking for their new leader.

Details on the position:

• 32 bed ICU including 12 bed Cardiac ICU, 12 bed Neuro ICU and an 8 bed post surgical ICU.
• 87 FTE'S.
• The staffing ratio is typically 1:1 to 1:2.
• Beacon Gold award winning team.
• Responsible for managing staffing, budget.
• 25,000 surgical cases/annum.
• Level 1 trauma hospital.
• 100,000 annual ED visits.
• Reports to the Director of Patient Care Services.
  

Ideal candidate will possess:

• RN Licensure is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• ICU experience as a nurse leader
• Ability to develop relationships with staff and physicians
• Knowledge of LEAN processes.
• Servant leader mentality.
• Has the ability to think critically, and is able to work collaboratively.
