Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as organizational management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications in workforce management or compliance training (e.g., industry-recognized credentials or safety standards) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or employee engagement, preferably within a production-oriented environment.
  • Proven leadership in developing and scaling systems to address increasing organizational complexity and capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in mentoring teams, facilitating cross-level discussions, and conveying strategic insights to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, including designing strategies to enhance organizational reputation and visibility.
  • Ability to analyze workforce trends and collaborate with senior leaders to forecast staffing needs and placement strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise software suites and workforce management platforms to streamline operations and reporting.
  • Track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to partner across functions to develop comprehensive staffing and development plans.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the strategic alignment of organizational goals and fostering a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively evaluate current and future organizational needs, optimizing resources to support scalability and resilience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices, identifying opportunities to advance the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and nurture a client-focused culture that prioritizes quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee comprehensive workforce programs, including benefits administration, compensation structures, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, employee relations, policy development, risk management, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies, enhancing the organization’s visibility and reputation to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Partner with leadership to design staffing plans, forecast workforce trends, and implement development initiatives that align with business priorities.
  • Administer systems and policies to ensure adherence to governmental and legislative standards, mitigating risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Prepare analytical reports and workforce metrics to inform decision-making and drive systemic improvements.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, fostering growth and accountability to support organizational goals.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the chief executive to adapt to evolving business needs.
