Overview

Executive Search Associates is conducting a search for a Manager of Health Information for an award-winning Oregon hospital committed to providing high quality health care and improving health care services in their community. This hospital is known for promoting a culture of community involvement and teamwork while encouraging personal and professional growth.

The Manager is responsible all aspects of patient/clinical medical record management, including regulatory compliance. This person will develop system-wide goals and objectives for the department. A strong candidate for this position will have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as well as working independently.

Requirements:

• RHIT or RHIA Certification
• Three years of experience in an HIM environment
• Two years of experience with EMR systems and ROI processes
• Bachelor's Degree
