Objective:

As the Manager of HR, you will play a pivotal role in steering our company’s human resources strategies and operations. You will provide critical HR support to internal stakeholders, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your leadership will be essential in mentoring the HR team, enhancing workplace culture, and driving HR initiatives that align with our corporate goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to company leaders, facilitating the development and implementation of effective HR strategies and policies.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance on various HR functions including recruiting, training, and employee engagement.
  • Foster a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Regularly travel to various sites (up to 25%) to maintain a visible HR presence, ensuring real-time engagement and on-the-ground solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of HR processes during mergers and acquisitions and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer performance management systems and disciplinary procedures, ensuring they are carried out fairly and effectively.

Crucial Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing HR teams and projects.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively communicate and consult with senior management.
  • Expertise in HR practices, with a focus on problem-solving, ethical practice, and cultural awareness.
  • Proficient in using HRIS for reporting and managing HR operations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including direct people management.
  • Extensive experience as a hands-on HR Generalist and in employment law.
  • Project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) are highly regarded.
