Atlanta publicly held manufacturer is currently searching for a Manager of Financial Reporting to join their team.

This position will be responsible for preparing/maintaining all data and support schedules related to external financial reporting, and create drafts of external reports, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Pension Plan financial statements and Census Bureau forms. Additionally will participate in ongoing monitoring and testing of internal controls to insure SOX compliance regarding corporate matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance, Master’s Degree A Plus
• Minimum 6 years of experience to include both public accounting public accounting experience and corporate financial reporting experience
• Certified Public Accountant license required.
• Audit experience with SEC reporting companies preferred.
