Manager of Critical Care ICU

Near Fargo, ND

Our client is a 300 bed hospital system serving both North Dakota and Minnesota and is a proud member of the Mayo Care Network, giving it special access to the strength and resources of that health system.

They have an immediate opening for a top executive to lead their ICU and SCCU units, which will be combined with opening of the new hospital!

This position has responsibility for multiple departments. Achieving a high level of autonomy with the department’s professional staff, the Manager champions the behavior standards and motivates units to achieve strategic initiatives. The position manages, develops, and oversees daily operations including achieving operating and capital budgets, coding for maximum reimbursement, appropriate billing practices and service delivery to stakeholders.

Responsible for over 50 FTE and one supervisor will report to this position.

The selected candidates will be a licensed RN in the State of North Dakota or eligible.

Must have at least three years supervisory experience in a critical care unit.
