They are searching for a rockstar Manager of Case Management to join their team!

The Manager of Case Management is responsible for selected operational tasks and functions of the transitional care department, including, but not limited to, scheduling, daily assignments, reconciliation of vendor invoices and development of training tools and aids as assigned. The Case Management Manager serves as a resource for utilization management concerns of the staff, billing and registration depts.

Requirements:

• BSN Required
• RN License in the state of MA
• 3+ years progressive Case Management leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting required
