We are looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for a data-driven leader to shape how the organization uses data to make decisions, building out BI capabilities and leading a team focused on turning data into actionable insight, in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts/developers
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions
• Oversee data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse/data mart architecture supporting BI initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics platforms
• Evaluate and implement BI tools and technologies to improve reporting capabilities
• Drive adoption of self-service BI and analytics across the organization
• Present key business insights and recommendations to leadership
• Establish best practices for BI development, testing, and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI experience, including prior experience leading or managing a team
• Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and project management skills
