They are trying to find the RIGHT person to lead their highly decorated Women’s Service Department and take it to the next level of service.

  • The Manager will have 24 hour responsibility for the day to day operations of the assigned units.
  • This includes, but is not limited to coordination, evaluations and supervision of patient care, resolution of patient and family concerns, collaboration and communication with physicians, staff recruitment, retention, scheduling, development, counseling and annual performance evaluation.
  • This position covers Woman and Children areas.
  • Requirements Maternal Child Health Manager experience highly preferred. Requires strong LDRP background. BSN required with Masters preferred.
  • Must be licensed RN in the state of NJ or eligible
