Manager of Surgical Services
Located on South East Florida’s Treasure Coast, with an average temperature of 78 degrees, constant sunshine, and miles of pristine beaches.

They have engaged our firm to identify, attract and retain a top Nurse Leader for one of their most respect hospitals.
Responsibilities include:
Manages practice of professional nursing and delivery of nurse care on assigned unit. Establishes clinical direction for nursing care delivery, provides clinical supervision and maintains quality outcomes. Supervises all aspects of personnel management and development. Maintains adherence to regulatory standards. Coordinates unit operations with other depts. Develops and monitors budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- High degree of clinical expertise in Operating Room operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, communication, counseling, problems solving, decision making, conflict resolution and group process skills.
Certifications:
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA)
