Manager, Strategic Product Marketing

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and campaigns.
  • Create clear, compelling product positioning and messaging tailored by healthcare vertical.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, presentations, and internal documentation that drive alignment across teams.
  • Conduct market, persona, and competitive research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to produce cross-channel campaigns, educational content, and lifecycle communications.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer pain points and integrate insights into product messaging.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, reporting key learnings to product and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate product launches, webinars, and industry events, ensuring cohesive storytelling and messaging.
  • Support internal communications around product updates, positioning shifts, and campaign results.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve marketing effectiveness and go-to-market efficiency.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of experience in product or strategic marketing, ideally in a B2B or healthcare services environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, value-driven stories.
  • Experience developing go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials, and messaging frameworks.
  • Strong collaborator comfortable working across Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
  • Have experience in healthtech, compliance, or service-based industries.
  • Have worked in both traditional B2B marketing and product-led growth (PLG) environments.
  • Bring familiarity with competitive intelligence tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
