They have engaged our firm to perform a national search to identify the top candidates in the country to help take their Respiratory services to the next level.

The Manager of of Respiratory Therapy position is responsible for leadership and direction of his/her respective departments’ operations and people resources. Institutes programs to ensure the hospital and assigned offsite properties are maintained and operated in a manner that supports the standards of our client. This is a "working" manager position reporting to a Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory leadership, or progressive managerial responsibility, is required.

Certification/Licensure/Registration:

• Current RRT, or Registered Respiratory Therapist license (as applicable) required.
• Clinical experience in acute care, or outpatient setting, pediatric experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification required: Valid CPR required.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to make quick, accurate decisions on a daily basis.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be proficient in working with a diverse group of customers and employees.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills are required.
