Our client a leader in their industry is searching for a Manager of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process and partner with management and leadership team to meet staffing goals across all levels within the company.
- Partner with department managers to assess, determine and fill staffing needs.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Traits:
- Bachelor's Degree Required in Human resources or other business related field
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Applicant tracking software
