Our client a leader in their industry is searching for a Manager of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process and partner with management and leadership team to meet staffing goals across all levels within the company.
  • Partner with department managers to assess, determine and fill staffing needs.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Traits:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required in Human resources or other business related field
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Applicant tracking software
