What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in maintaining product integrity and operational efficiency by:

• Leading and refining the quality control program across multiple ready-mix operations.

• Analyzing statistical data and specifications to develop and implement quality standards.

• Coordinating quality objectives across production, delivering reliable, cost-effective results.

• Managing inspections and testing teams to ensure strict adherence to standards.

• Investigating customer quality complaints and driving corrective action to maintain strong customer relationships.

• Promoting and conducting training programs to uphold quality and product reliability.

Championing safety policies and standards across the plant operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4–10 years’ experience in concrete, cement, aggregates, construction materials, or similar industrial QC
• Strong communication + reporting ability
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Leadership experience in plant or lab-based environments
• Commitment to safety and product reliability
• Degree preferred but not required
• Ability to travel locally & work onsite daily

Compensation & Details

• Base: $106,600–$132,000
• Bonus: 10%
• Location: Livermore, CA — 100% onsite
• Schedule: Mon–Fri (may require occasional support outside business hours due to plant operations)
• Vehicle & phone allowance: $1,000
• Relocation: with allowance
