Our client is a not-for-profit healthcare organization affiliated with one of the top health systems in the United States.

To meet the growing needs of the community, they opened a new 241+bed hospital in less than 10 years ago.

The hospital is designed with advanced earthquake technology and has one of the best payer mixes in CA.

They have an opening for a true "A" player to spearhead their rapidly expanding Surgical Services department with responsibility for 10 State of the Art Operating Rooms

The Clinical Manager (CM) is accountable for the delivery of high-quality nursing care and the clinical management of the Operating Room (OR). This person is responsible for the shift operations and the CM provides both clinical and supervisory direction to personnel and activities associated with providing quality patient care. Functions as a role model for nursing and support staff in patient care, planning/decision making/follow-up, communication, prioritization, and problem solving.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other related health care field, Masters preferred.
• Current certification in Resuscitation Provider and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
• Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• CNOR Certificate
• Supervisory/management experience in OR.
