Our client, an extremely well-established organization in the Construction industry, is expanding at a rapid pace. This new position of Manager, Member Services, will be an integral part of their Operational Team. This is an exciting time for someone able to work in office in the northern end of the Greater Toronto Area to become an integral part of the company and drive their career forward. The ideal candidate is a people person with a proven experience working within a membership based organization focused on growth. We are thinking of this role as a "Membership Engineer".

As a hands-on Manager, the Manager, Member Services will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:
  • Communicate the value and advantages of partnering directly to SMBs across Canada
  • Share your input and ideas with cross functional teams
  • Focus on membership retention, followed by membership growth
  • Ensure new members feel heard and that their needs are met
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure members are aware of all opportunities
  • Participate on ad hoc projects and initiatives

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role
  • This is a fully-vaccinated office space with a hybrid WFH model
  • Prior experience managing a small team
  • Strong interest in participating in cross-functional work
  • At least 3 years experience marketing in a membership environment
  • College or University education
  • Advanced written communication skills
