Job Title: Manager, Leadership Development

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Program Development & Implementation
- Design, implement, and manage leadership programs, such as a Leadership Pipeline Program, to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Integrate classroom training, on-the-job learning, mentorship, and executive coaching into development initiatives.
- Align programs with organizational priorities, ensuring relevance to business functions such as quality assurance, operations, and research and development (R&D).
- Measure program success using participation rates, promotion trends, employee feedback, and business impact.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Organizational Alignment
- Partner with senior leadership, HR, and key business units to align leadership development with corporate objectives.
- Advise managers and executives on leadership trends and best practices.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate leadership programs into core business areas, driving talent development and strategic impact.
- Executive Coaching & Leadership Development
- Lead initiatives like an Executive Coaching Program to strengthen senior leaders’ strategic decision-making, emotional intelligence, and team empowerment.
- Partner with external coaching vendors and integrate 360-degree feedback for leadership assessment and development.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and coaching sessions to enhance managerial effectiveness.
- Talent Identification & Succession Planning
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to assess talent gaps and identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Implement structured frameworks, such as a Leadership Competency Framework, to guide leadership assessments and succession planning.
- Track success using retention rates, internal mobility metrics, and leadership readiness evaluations.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Leadership
- Embed inclusive leadership development into DEI strategy, ensuring alignment with company diversity goals.
- Develop and deliver training on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and fostering belonging in diverse teams.
- Measure impact through representation in leadership, post-training feedback, and engagement scores.
- Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Assess the effectiveness of leadership programs using performance data, surveys, and talent analytics.
- Optimize learning experiences through technology and innovative approaches, including Virtual Leadership Development Programs for dispersed teams.
- Continuously enhance programs based on best practices, emerging trends, and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field or similar experience.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in leadership development, organizational development, or similar experience.
- Program Development: Demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
- Knowledge & Skills: In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and leadership competencies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
