Requirements:

• BSN required (Master’s preferred)

• 3+ years L&D clinical experience (Magnet / Baby Friendly designated department experience preferred)

• 2+ years progressive nursing leadership experience (must have direct experience managing a team at a Supervisor / Manager level)
