The Infection Manager Coordinates an effective program for the surveillance, prevention, and control of healthcare-acquired infection.  The Manager of Infection Prevention assumes the role of leader in planning, directing, and managing the program to ensure quality outcomes and service on a 24-hour basis.  The Infection Control Manager meets regulatory standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, promotes teamwork with physicians and all healthcare providers, promotes internal and external customer satisfaction, and appropriately manages resources.  Responsible for the strategic planning, management, and direction of the Infection Prevention & Control department in order to meet the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Requirements:

·        BSN, MSN highly preferred

·        FL RN License

·        3+ years experience in a hospital setting and Infection Prevention Department
