A respected and financially stable non-profit 500+ bed trauma center in the Gulf South region, is seeking a collaborative and inspirational Manager, Infection Control to join their team. This full-time, permanent day-shift role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful infection prevention efforts in a high-performing, community-focused hospital.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a team of two Infection Preventionists and lead infection prevention programs and committees in a highly autonomous setting

• Develop and update infection prevention policies

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting

• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing OR Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science

• 2+ years of acute care clinical experience (infection prevention experience preferred)

• Current RN license OR BSMT (ASCP) or equivalent

• CIC certification required (or ability to obtain within 1 year)

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
