Manager Infection Control

The Infection Control Coordinator (ICC) is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and quality coordination of the Infection Control Program including but not limited to Surveillance and prevention activities, data collection, analysis and trending, education of staff, and being a key resource for all departments and services regarding Infection Control. Is accountable for, and will ensure adherence to infection control standards, policies and procedures. Will work collaboratively with the Medical Staff and Employee Health Services. Achievement and possession of a current Board Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) is required at the time of hire, and throughout employment as reflection of successful completion of verified competency through a combination of education, and written examination.
