Built for 21st century medicine, the new hospital is seismically safe and takes advantage of nature’s healing benefits. From the gardens to the use of natural light, the new Medical Center, which opened in 2012, offers an environment for healing and comfort for our community.

The hospital has 130 beds, all in private rooms. It is the regional trauma center for its region and features many centers of excellence, including neuroscience, orthopedics, rehabilitation, birthing center, imaging, stroke and cancer care. They are fully accredited by The Joint Commission.

They have an opening for a true "A" player to spearhead their strong ICU and Respiratory departments in the evenings.

The Clinical Manager (CM) reports to the Nursing Director and/or Assistant Director. The CM oversees and directs the nursing activities of staff RNs, Techs/CNAs/Medical Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Unit/Operations Coordinators, and other unit support staff in performing the duties designated in their respective position descriptions.

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other related health care field, Masters preferred
• Certified in departmental specialty if applicable ie: CEN / CCRN / CNRN
• Current certification if applicable in American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support and American Heart
• Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
