Our client is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to oversee external financial reporting activities and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial disclosures. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional with reporting experience who enjoys managing deadlines, details, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and review of external financial reports, including quarterly and annual filings
• Ensure financial statements and disclosures are compliant with U.S. GAAP and applicable reporting requirements
• Coordinate reporting timelines and deliverables to support timely filings
• Prepare and review financial statement footnotes and supporting documentation
• Partner with accounting, FP&A, and other stakeholders to gather and validate reporting information
• Serve as a key liaison with external auditors during reviews and audits
• Monitor new accounting standards and reporting guidance and assess impacts on financial reporting
• Maintain and enhance reporting processes, controls, and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience preparing or reviewing external financial statements and disclosures
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
