We are looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Sharpen corporate-level financial and performance analytics to improve focus and relevance for the executive team and Board of Directors
• Support annual strategic planning financial projections to encourage attainable performance potential
• Analyze, monitor, and report on the financial performance of the organization and provide actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Implement processes, systems, and frameworks that allow a growing company to scale operations
• Build ad hoc business models, analyze KPI's, and monitor company operational metrics
• Identify key variances, trends and potential issues materially impacting financial performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Experience building financial models and interpreting complex data sets
• Strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well within team concept with minimal supervision or direction
• Ability to influence all levels in the organization which includes financial and non-financial business partners
