About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a professional Manager, ERM and Compliance to join their team. The successful candidate will focus on the end-to-end process related to designing, building, implementing and maintaining ERM programs.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, implementing and maintaining ERM programs
• Support with the implementation of risk modules
• Creating and running risk workshops throughout the organization
• Interacting and presenting in front of high level executives throughout the organization
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience risk managements experience
• Experience creating ERM programs from scratch
• Strong knowledge and experience of ERM guidelines; ISO 31000 2018, COSO 2017
• Very strong communication skill and ability to present in front of large groups of individuals
• Problem solver, detail oriented and highly analytical
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced- high pressure environment
• Ability to identify risks throughout the ERM programs
