Our client is a 100 bed not for profit hospital centrally located in California. Minutes to wine country and over 300 wineries – Live in wine country and commute into work!
The Dialysis Manager is responsible for all activities and total nursing care delivered within the Dialysis Department. The Manager of Dialysis supervises and directs nursing care and all related activities in the area, according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and units in order to assure the highest quality of patient care: included responsibility for environment, staff personnel, materials and equipment control. Analyzes and evaluates nursing care in the units, provides continuing education for all personnel and orientation for new personnel.
Qualifications:
- BSN Required
- CA RN License Required
- At least 3 years experience in Dialysis Leadership
- AHA and BLS
- Union/Labor Relations Experience
