Manager, Control Panel Engineering

The Manager, HVAC Control Panel Engineering will lead a team of control panel engineers responsible for integrating electronics developed by internal teams and external vendors into HVAC equipment. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of the Company's Air Conditioning solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and manage the activities of our Control Panel Engineers, making a profound impact on Company's product development and innovation.

• Manage and mentor a team of control panel engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the integration of electronic components from internal teams and external vendors into HVAC equipment.
• Ensure the manufacturability and quality of control panels, meeting all relevant standards and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and product development, throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, key dependencies, and schedules
• Facilitate regular team meetings to share status updates, plan progress, and resolve issues.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure necessary hardware and software features are incorporated.
