Manager Centralized Scheduling

Our client is one of the top five pediatric and academic medical centers in the United States.

They have engaged our firm to perform a national search to identify the top candidates in the country to help take their Centralized Scheduling to the next level.

The Centralized Scheduling Manager is responsible for the operations and staffing of the hospital Centralized Access Center. The Manager will guide the Centralized Access Center strategic planning through analyzing contact center data using best practices and key performance indicators/metrics to reach organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate program in relevant field required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Possesses a broad knowledge of issues, trends, practices, and systems related to pediatric health care delivery acquired through a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience working in partnership with health care professionals in leadership roles.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, ability to work with a team; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills; entry level understanding of budgeting and monitoring/analyzing variance from budget.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in a collaborative style.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Experience in diverse healthcare contact center preferred.
