The Job Shoppe team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Manager, Business Development to assist with identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining knowledge of the current market conditions. The Manager, Business Development will work closely with the Management and Recruitment teams to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization.

Things You Should Know:

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn into increased business
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Stay top of mind with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to determine hiring needs
- Ability to meet and consistently exceed sales targets
- Set up scheduled meetings between client decision makers
- Plan approaches and pitches to clients
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in pricing the correct solution/service
- Work with the marketing team to create campaigns and utilize networking opportunities
- Use knowledge of market and competitors to develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Other duties as assigned


Can You Check These Boxes:


- 3+ years in Sales or Business Development a requirement
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer-service and organizational skills

- Enhanced ability to multi-task
- Supporting company initiatives and events to drive business forward
- Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop relationships and influence others
- Easily embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome
