Manager Bankruptcy, Property Preservation, Corp Ad

The Manager of Bankruptcy, Corporate Advances and Property Preservation role manages all facets of the three departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise managing all facets of residential corporate advances management, bankruptcy management, and property preservation management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years managing residential mortgage default servicing, to include corporate advances, bankruptcy and property preservation departments
• Sagent LoanServ mortgage servicing system experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of all investor rules for FHA, VA, USDA, GSE, Bank-owned and Private portfolio policies and procedures related to the three business areas required
• Expert knowledge around rules and regulations surrounding loss analysis and how corporate advances management interact with the claims process, etc.
• Expert in all Chapters of Bankruptcy, 13, 7, 11, 12, Proof of Claim process, etc.
• Expert knowledge of the property preservation processes ensuring all processes are compliant to investor rules, policies, etc.
