The Manager of Total Rewards & Analytics provides operational and tactical expertise and leadership for the development, design, implementation, communication and management of the company's Total Rewards Programs and Strategy, as well as Human Resources Systems. In this capacity, the Manager leverages their skills and total rewards expertise to deliver and maintain strategic and innovative Total Rewards initiatives, create HR processes and systems that increase data integrity and compliance, reduce manual intervention, as well as identify and effectively respond to customer needs.
Position Responsibilities & Duties
Support and partner with Executive Leadership to develop a Total Reward strategy that is aligned with the organization's needs and goals.
Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the organization compensation philosophy and strategies including base pay administration, incentive plan development, salary structures, and executive compensation.
Enhance employees and managers understanding of compensation practices with regards to pay equity, promotional opportunities, and salary range usage through trainings & presentations, manager coaching and the development of educational materials and guidelines.
Direct the job design and evaluation process, including facilitating the development of job descriptions with stakeholders, conducting market evaluations and providing market pricing.
Lead the cyclical total rewards processes, including annual merit, market adjustments and promotions, annual incentive payments, salary survey submissions, and open enrollment.
Support Executive Leadership by directing the HR Analytics function to ensure that all decisions made with regards to Human Resource initiatives are addressed and guided by data with full consideration of perception. Lead the creation and delivery of meaningful HR reporting.
Responsible for the success of the HRIS programs, including the day-to-day operations, as well as upgrades and evaluations of other software as needed to meet the business needs and HR needs.
Ensure that HR systems are set up and administered accurately and efficiently, with continuous improvement as the goal.
Develop proactive audit reporting processes to ensure data integrity within the HRIS preventing issues with data integrity that affect financial and planning impact on the organization.
Direct the administration of a full range of health and retirement benefits programs including program enhancements and evaluation, benefit contract renewals, vendor relationships and accountability, compliance, benefits enrollment and education.
Manage Total Rewards compliance activities including but not limited to annual fillings, audits, ACA, HIPAA, ERISA.
Develop, lead the implementation and execution of the Well-Being goals and programs.
Supports the development and maintenance of organizational communication vehicles, such as policy changes, announcements and newsletters, to ensure employees have knowledge of the Total Rewards Programs.
7 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS and/or HR Operations.
Experience with designing compensation programs, benefits and HR systems including administration, data management and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of federal and state regulatory and legislative requirements, including labor, benefit, employment, and pay equity laws
Ability to multitask, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues with minimal guidance
Ability to leverage systems and automation to enhance and simplify HR administration
Strong technical and analytical skills, strong attention to detail
Professional curiosity, self-starter, ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced changing environment.
