As The Manager - Total Rewards, we are looking for someone who loves the quantitative side of HR and will thrive in a complex environment. Working with an amazing HR team, your role will be to guide and oversee the pension, benefits, and compensation structure for this robust organization. Your role would include the providing an exceptional employee experience by delivering a Cadillac of benefit and pension programs. You will stay on top of the market trends and ensure the organization is staying current with best practices and compensation structures. As the leader, your role will be to help with the design of the employee packages and review pension & benefit policies and plans to ensure they meet the employee needs. You won’t be afraid to make recommendations on way to improve the programs and seek out new vendors and opportunities to add or outsource new initiatives. The Manager – Total Rewards, will report into the VP HR but support the HR Business Partners across multiple entities. You will work with a team of manage the employee leave, STD, LTD, parental leave and any workers compensation claims. Your role will be a critical part of the management team in driving growth by attracting and retaining top notch talent through a competitive rewards program.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with the analytical side of HR. You will thrive in an environment that is complex and always changing. As the Manager – Total Rewards, you will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a larger HR department with the benefits, pension or compensation function under your belt. You will be able to demonstrate how you will lead a wellness program for over 400 employees, and deliver a high quality experience to the workforce. Proven ability to work with people from C-Suite to the staff level will be essential. We are looking for someone creative, eager to get their hands dirty but bring a strategic approach to the function. Bilingualism an asset.
