Working with a team of professionals who take pride in their roles and are not afraid to jump in to help, our Client still maintains some “start up” mentality while their business continues to evolve, and they are now seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our People and Culture team. With a dynamic team in place and a reputable brand, our Client is poised for continued growth within their industry.
As Total Rewards Manager, is responsible for working collaboratively with business leaders and the People & Culture team to drive business performance through Total Reward programs. In this role, you will be involved in the analysis, administration and maintenance of total rewards programs, emphasizing employee incentives and benefit programs. You will provide leadership in developing and designing the Total Rewards program, responsible for all compensation, benefits, recognition and reward functions and activities within the company while advising on and creating the overall total rewards approach and philosophy. You will be accountable for job evaluation and salary surveys, establish salary structures, develop salary budgets, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation. You will collaborate on establishing incentive, stock option and bonus plans, including design and administration, while maintaining a working knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits. You will monitor and evaluate the company’s benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies. Ensures programs are current concerning trends, practices and costs.
The Ideal Candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant work experience with completed a university degree or college diploma, specializing in human resources, business administration or finance or relevant expertise in total rewards. They will love working in spreadsheets and have intermediate MS Excel skills and a general level of proficiency with other MS Office applications. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning.
