A growing property management firm is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential sites. This role focuses on general repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Complete and document work orders accurately
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
• Support unit turnovers and routine inspections
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized work
• Participate in occasional on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Strong handyman or maintenance background
• Reliable vehicle, valid license, and basic tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
