Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time	Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to join our building maintenance team. The Maintenance Worker performs routine and preventive maintenance, assists with special projects, and supports the Chief Engineer and Maintenance Technician with the upkeep of the property.

The Maintenance Worker reports directly to the Chief Engineer (CE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive building maintenance.
• Replace lamps, bulbs, and other basic lighting components.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Repair and finish drywall.
• Perform painting and touch-up work.
• Complete general repairs and maintenance commonly associated with building trades.
• Assist the Chief Engineer and/or Maintenance Technician with quarterly inspections and maintenance of:
  • Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • Ventilation equipment
  • Building systems and equipment
  • Special maintenance and repair projects
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects.
• Work independently on assigned projects after receiving proper training and safety instruction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
