What You’ll Do

  • Complete daily maintenance work orders, including appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
  • Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner, typically within 24–48 hours
  • Document all completed work orders in the property management system (OneSite)
  • Prepare vacant units for move-in, including repairs, cleaning, and make-ready work
  • Support leasing efforts by ensuring units and common areas are market-ready
  • Perform routine inspections of units and property grounds on a scheduled basis
  • Maintain curb appeal by completing exterior grounds work, including trash removal and cleaning dumpster areas
  • Respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance requests as needed
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks on schedule
  • Ensure leasing office, models, and common areas remain clean and presentable
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with special projects and additional maintenance tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance preferred
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, bending, and working in varying weather conditions
