Position Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on a wide range of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a high level of technical expertise, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintenance and Installation Projects: Facilitate maintenance and installation projects at current, new, and upcoming locations.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and backroom equipment, including electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems.
• Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.
• Documentation and Compliance: Read and interpret manuals, work orders, schematics, and other equipment documentation. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.
• Collaboration and Communication: Maintain positive working relationships with all team members across all locations. Be flexible in adopting new processes and procedures.
• Multitasking and Adaptability: Work efficiently and effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of trade school or equivalent in-field technical experience in advanced electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, or similar fields.
• Industrial Maintenance: 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is highly preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, off-production hours, and on-call hours.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Background Checks: Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On-call availability
• Weekends and overtime as needed
