Maintenance Technician
A leading manufacturer is adding a maintenance technician to their team.
Responsibilities
• The Maintenance Technician will work closely with Operations personnel and other Maintenance Techs in a safety focused, team-based, environment, while conducting preventative and predictive maintenance
• This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and will provide expertise with production equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmissions, variable speed drives, basic I/O, and PLC’s
• The Maintenance Mechanic also contributes a wide range of maintenance support to their shift with special emphasis on production lines and processing equipment
• Provides preventative support on bakery equipment, simple to complex in nature
• Able to make adjustments to machines such as mixers, ovens, proofers, fillers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers to maximize uptime
• Perform preventative maintenance according to company guidelines
• Participate in the coordination and completion of capital projects that maximize the capacity of the facility
• Perform technical problem solving and troubleshooting for all equipment and processes
• Overhaul and or replace equipment parts and motors as needed
• Pick up and carry a weight of, but not limited to, 50 pounds
• Work in high heat and humidity
