Maintenance Technician

Job Duties & Skills Needed:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair all auto and semi-auto production machines and equipment.
• Assist in required repairs to all plant equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follows company safety guidelines and Best Manufacturing Practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong experience working with machine computer programming (Input/Output, PLC).
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, as a Maintenance Technician
• Minimum of 3-5 years maintenance experience working with manufacturing equipment.
• Must be mechanically inclined and have hands-on experience working with tools and machines
• Ability to read schematics & blue prints desired.
• Supply personal tools from first day is a must.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of metal fabrication highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of plumbing highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance highly desirable
• Able to multitask and follow directions
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Enjoy daily hands-on work
• MS Office experience required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Mechanical, pneumatic and electrical technical training desired, but not required
• Team player
• Willing to work OT, when necessary
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Hourly rate is DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
