Job Description
Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Experience we are looking for:
- Experience with repair and maintenance on CNC machines such as Mazak Mill, Mori Seiki lathe and Mill, Nakamura lathes.
- Reading blue prints, schematics
- Troubleshooting equipment and machinery
- Working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Electrical background
- Setup and operation of hand and power tools.
- Hydraulics experience such as pumps, cylinders, accumulators, filters, piping, tube bending, piping fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
- Maintenance and repair of production equipment, diagnose and repair of conventional and CNC machinery.
- Remove, repair or relocate CNC machines; install air & water lines; align and adjust machines for production operation.
- Diagnose defects and perform repair and preventive maintenance to various types of hydraulic equipment, CNC machine tools, building plumbing and related equipment.
- Construct, install, maintain, repair and overhaul test stands, fixtures and related hydraulic equipment.
- Setup and operate arc and acetylene welding equipment.
- Perform high pressure tubing and hose fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic application and contamination control.
- Plan, layout and construct additions, partitions, benches, shipping boxes and other carpentry.
- Check and calibrate new or rebuilt equipment after installation.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and mechanical operations for proper operation.
- Use precision test equipment.
- May work with computers and computer software to create and operate programs, reports, and spreadsheets.
- May have specialized hazardous material technician duties if Hazardous Material Handling Certificate is required.
Pay Rate $24 - $30
