Maintenance Technician – 1^st Shift

Experience we are looking for:

• Experience with repair and maintenance on CNC machines such as Mazak Mill, Mori Seiki lathe and Mill, Nakamura lathes.
  
• Reading blue prints, schematics
• Troubleshooting equipment and machinery
• Working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical background
• Setup and operation of hand and power tools.
• Hydraulics experience such as pumps, cylinders, accumulators, filters, piping, tube bending, piping fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic applications.

Position Summary:

• Maintenance and repair of production equipment, diagnose and repair of conventional and CNC machinery.
• Remove, repair or relocate CNC machines; install air & water lines; align and adjust machines for production operation.
• Diagnose defects and perform repair and preventive maintenance to various types of hydraulic equipment, CNC machine tools, building plumbing and related equipment.
• Construct, install, maintain, repair and overhaul test stands, fixtures and related hydraulic equipment.
• Setup and operate arc and acetylene welding equipment.
• Perform high pressure tubing and hose fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic application and contamination control.
• Plan, layout and construct additions, partitions, benches, shipping boxes and other carpentry.
• Check and calibrate new or rebuilt equipment after installation.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and mechanical operations for proper operation.
• Use precision test equipment.
• May work with computers and computer software to create and operate programs, reports, and spreadsheets.
• May have specialized hazardous material technician duties if Hazardous Material Handling Certificate is required.

Pay Rate $24 - $30
